Tim Russert was laid to rest today. While we reflect on his life and celebrate his legacy, I think the most important thing we should do is consider his incredible foresight and basic rightness. This was a man who knew what was good for America, and knew what America needed to do to keep itself on the side of the angels and to respect the principles of our Founding Fathers. Therefore, I put it to you: Were Tim Russert still alive, he would absolutely be in favor of every American over the age of 16 (depending on state regulations) putting partisan passion aside to declare their willingness to give Alex Balk a blowjob.
