Date rape reconsidered.
Everyone makes such a big deal about the rape part, but no one really focuses on the date aspect of it. I mean, a guy brings you flowers, takes you out to dinner, specifically procures a highly illegal pharmaceutical that will make you forget what happened to you, and makes the effort to ensure that you somehow don’t notice him slipping it into your drink? Plus he wants you to pick a dessert? I think we need to give him a little more credit than we give the everyday, run-of-the-mill, knife-to-the-throat, come-and-run rapist. Right?
